Invite new users to access tenant modules and portal features
Admin users can manage other users and access all available modules for this tenant
1. User receives an invitation email with a secure link
2. They create their account and set up passkey/MFA authentication
3. User gains access to tenant modules based on their role and subscription plan
4. Tenant admins can manage their permissions from the User Permissions page
