Verify Tenant Setup
Checklist before going live
  • Tenant appears in Admin → Multi-Tenancy → All Tenants
  • Subscription is active with correct plan
  • Custom domain resolves correctly (if configured)
  • Tenant branding (logo, colors) displays correctly
  • Admin user can log in and access tenant dashboard
  • Data isolation verified (tenant can only see their data)
Quick Reference: Multi-Tenant Architecture
Data Isolation: All customer, service, invoice, and ticket data includes a company_id field that links to the tenant's setting_key. Row-Level Security (RLS) rules automatically enforce isolation.
Branding: Each tenant can customize their logo, colors, contact information, and messaging through Company Settings.
Billing: Each tenant has their own Stripe subscription with independent billing cycles, payment methods, and invoicing.
Domain Mapping: The platform detects the current domain (window.location.hostname) and matches it to a tenant's custom_domain field to load the correct branding and data scope.
